Once your order is confirmed, we do not accept returns or refunds. However, we are committed to finding a fair solution if any of the following issues occur:

Damaged Product

  • Include your order number, a photo of the invoice, a video while opening the box is a must*, and two clear photos of the damaged product.
  • Only the damaged item in multi-item shipments can be returned and replaced.
  • We will replace the damaged product promptly and work with you to find a fair solution.
  • We will respond to your email or WhatsApp on the customer care number i.e. mentioned on the website within 24-48 hours and provide full assistance.
Missing Product
  • ⁠Notify us within 2-3 days of delivery via email at contact@swasthaessentials.com or WhatsApp at the customer care number +91 95094 45258.
  • ⁠ ⁠Include your order number, a photo of the invoice, a video while opening the box is a must*, and two clear photos of the missing product.
  • ⁠ ⁠We do not offer refunds but once our team approves, we will promptly send the missing product.
  • We will respond to your email or WhatsApp on the customer care number i.e. mentioned on the website within 24-48 hours and provide full assistance.
Spoiled Product
  • Notify us within 2-3 days of delivery via email or customer care at contact@swasthaessentials.com.
  • ⁠Include your order number, packaging/manufacture date, and clear photo and video, which is a must for the spoiled product.
  •  ⁠We cannot accept returns due to differences in taste, texture, color, or aroma, as our products are preservative-free, which might lead to variation.
  • ⁠We will ensure maximum nutritional value and use the best natural ingredients in our products.
  •  ⁠We will replace the spoiled product after an investigation and ensure a fair outcome.
